This Online Workshop is a class that we will do individually or in small groups, through video call using the application of Zoom. Therefore, this classes will be in real time.

During this class we will go through basic concepts of herbalism as well as preparations. After that, we will get hands on and we will guide you step by step, to learn different methods, uses and applications of the medicinal plants.

The aim of this workshop is that you learn how to make your own natural medicine, skin care products and a first aid kit at home. While you are learning concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Traditional Mayan Medicine.
