Chinese herbal Theory and Practice. Learn how to distinguish herbal energetics and use them to treat people according to their constitution.
You will learn both theory about diagnosis and hands on practical formulation and preparation of herbs. In the diagnosis you will learn to read the pulse and tongue with traditional Chinese medicine. And each day we will dive into each one of the 5 elements to understand their connection to the herbs and the personalities.
Hands on we will make tinctures, teas, infusions, salves, plasters and more, and learn how to mix herbs for making formulas for specific conditions.
We do this practice through our clinic and also for your personal Constitution. So you start your path by checking yourself and treating yourself with herbs.
You will receive materials, formulas that we give a diploma of completion at the end of the course.
The pulse is considered the most reliable source to confirm our other observations. The goal is to feel that the pulse has balanced by treatments end. When one feels a balanced pulse which results from their treatment one can really begin the process of learning from each person.
This class explores the basic concepts of the 5 elements using food as the therapeutic instrument. We get to understanding major concepts in the 5 elemental system while using the first defense against disease in the Chinese medical system, diet. This is a core class required for many advanced classes.

Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. We use our knowledge from traditional chinese medicine to follow the flow of the Qi in the meridians in the body using the techniques of deep tissue. It gives wonderful results. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue.
